General terms and conditions of the association

This platform serves the purpose of the association: “The association has established this platform in order to pass on theoretical and practical knowledge to each other.” (Help for self-help)

The associations represent the interests of its members - i.e. like-minded people - and point out that all members are responsible for themselves (personal responsibility). All members work on a voluntary basis and the focus is on working together.

The non-profit activities of the associations are not aimed at making a profit and are intended, among other things, to give the association members or participants in the projects a new zest for life.

Members are obliged to promote the interests of the association to the best of their ability and to refrain from doing anything that could damage the reputation and purpose of the association. They must observe the association's statutes and the resolutions of the association's bodies.

The association's internal arbitration tribunal is appointed to settle all disputes arising from the association's relationship. It decides to the best of its knowledge and belief and its decisions are final within the association.
The clubs reserve the right to demand compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses from the club member if they seek recourse to an institution other than the arbitration tribunal in the event of disagreements.
