Orientation
Knowledge becomes valuable when it can be tested in life.
The following themes touch love, roles, money, Alexander, and the path from seeking to self-mastery. They are offered as orientation: open, undogmatic, and without healing promises.
What is love? Why are people jealous? How do you become the dream partner?
Lately, I have asked many people what love is. Most of the time, they described desire, because they had never looked at it from this perspective. Let me show you what I mean with an example.
If you love something, such as your child or your pet, you love them no matter what they do. You do not expect anything in return. That is unconditional love.

If I looked deeply into your eyes and said, “I love you,” you might feel uncomfortable if you did not know me. If you were a man, you might think, “Are you gay?” or “What do you want from me?” But if I said, “You are an asshole,” you might care much less. Or if you took it personally, you might simply answer, “You too.”
The reason is that we often do not have enough self-love. When someone says, “I love you,” our mind immediately thinks we have to say it back. At the same time, many people do not even feel real love for themselves, because we have been programmed to believe that we are not enough as we are. That is why we become afraid or uncomfortable when someone says those words.
People say, “I love you,” but often mean, “I want you.” If you want something, it is desire. Desire creates pain as long as you are not fully resting in your own creative power. Many people love someone only as long as that person behaves the way they like. When the person changes, they say, “They changed so much” or “I was blind and never saw this.” Of course you were blind, because often it was not free love. It was a deep hormonal feeling and a strong wanting.
You want that person. When they change or are not what you thought they were, you suddenly find out that you cannot love them anymore. But a relationship is not about finding someone who perfectly fits every idea in your mind. It is about growing together. Only when you love yourself as you are can you accept another person as they are. Then you can support each other instead of trying to manipulate each other for your own benefit.
If you look at many common relationships, you often see a big ego game between men and women: who can control more? Whether through emotions, money, sex, or anything else, the mechanism is often the same.
It is similar when people say, “I miss you” or “I need you.” The only thing you truly need in life is yourself. We all have egos; we just do not like to see it. We are afraid to look into ourselves and recognize who we really are and what we are really here for. So we play roles in a large system built on fear and lies. But that is another topic.
You do not need to miss a person. We are all connected. Missing comes from desire, and desire creates pain. If you love someone unconditionally, you can feel them when you close your eyes. If you believe you need a partner to make you happy, you will always be disappointed. First you have to be happy with yourself.
Desire is one of the reasons for pain in relationships. People want to change others, and that is why so many are afraid of love: they are actually afraid of pain. Open your heart without doubt and understand that the right person will always come into your life to show you your lesson. The more you face your fear and pain and recognize them as old belief systems and illusions, the more you will meet people who fully live the love that they are.
If you can hate someone, you had to love them first; otherwise you would not care. It is the same channel. But this love is not unconditional. It is desire-love.
As long as you are looking for love, you are running in circles. You can never find love, because it was never gone. You are love. You are a channel that can send and receive love. You only need to let go of judgment and see the person in front of you as a human being, not as a programmed computer you can love only if it fits your reality. When you allow yourself to be this channel, you can love everything.
Why are people jealous?
When people are jealous of richer, stronger, or more successful people, it is often because they do not believe they could reach the same level themselves. So they hate those people, while actually rejecting themselves by making themselves victims. They do not allow themselves to rise into higher performance and give up before they even try.
Jealousy is a self-trust problem. When people do not trust themselves, they project their feeling of lack onto their partner. The more you project these feelings, the more you can push your partner into the very situation you fear. Your feelings create reality. If you are constantly afraid of being cheated on, you may manifest exactly that. Through your lack of self-trust, you can drive your partner crazy until they seek distance or go to someone else.
In meditation I once wondered: how can someone be jealous when we are all connected and, on a deeper level, have already shared everything with each other? The reason is that people think that if their partner has sex with someone else, they cannot love them at the same time, or that they do not have enough love to love more than one person. But love and sex are two different energies.
I can fully love a person and still not feel sexual energy, perhaps because of trauma or for another reason. I can also feel strongly attracted to someone’s energy without feeling love.
The highest act of love can be to allow your partner freedom, because you truly want their highest good and you are not conditioning them. This does not mean you should sleep around because you are horny and have no control over your desires. That is something different. I am talking about real connection and letting go of the ego in a situation. When you try to force love, it moves away. When you allow yourself to let go, it can return.
Follow these principles for better relationships
- It is never simply the other person’s fault.
- The thing you are fighting about is rarely the true cause.
- Nothing changes until you change.
- Pain is often unfulfilled desire and resistance to something you do not accept.
If you do not rest in yourself, you look for someone who gives you rest. If you do not know what to do with yourself, you look for someone who gives you something to do. If you do not love yourself, you look for someone who gives you love. If you are sad, you look for someone who cheers you up.
If I am happy, satisfied, and at peace, I need no one. If I no longer need anyone, I can become the ideal partner without demanding love. Then love without compromise becomes possible, because it is pure love and not desire.
For me, love is a powerful feeling that can create everything. It comes from the heart, and you can send it to everyone. Sometimes you find another heart on the same wave, or you exchange information to create something greater together. Love is about accepting and supporting each other, not changing someone. When love acts through you, you change yourself, and everything becomes possible.
Love is a feeling, and you can never fully explain a feeling with words. Words are limited, and everyone gives different meanings to them. If you want to explain love to someone, hug them for a few minutes. Tell them it is nice that they are here and that you are grateful to know them. If you say it fully from your heart and feel what you say, it will touch them. That is a beautiful way to open the heart.
Many people are afraid to fully open because they once experienced pain. But you can only receive love fully when you begin to open yourself. If you live it, everyone will see it in your eyes and in your whole presence. This fresh feeling of freedom, presence, inner guidance, safety without overthinking, and simple being can bring you into a state of constant joy.
Why do I not get my dream partner?
Most people have a picture of their dream partner. But when love truly hits you, you do not say, “This was not my dream image.” You deeply love them. Many women are afraid to be alone, yet they can be powerful in relationships. If they really want a man, they often know it before he does. Funny thing: the man may still think he is the hunter. Sorry, bro, you are trapped before you know it.
The reason we often do not get the dream partner is simple: we do not allow it. Sometimes we do not even have a clear picture of it. More limiting than that, we have an inner limit. We say, “This is too good to be true.” We have limits for everything: maximum money, maximum health, maximum love.
When you come close to your limit, you often go back immediately into your familiar fear-comfort zone. The unknown scares you more than the old, even if the old keeps you small. Instead of saying yes and giving yourself more value, the mind asks: Do I need to work more? What do I need to change? Doubts and fear arise. It is the same with the perfect partner. If the partner seems too perfect, you get scared and start looking for problems, because it feels too good to be true.
I experienced this myself. Years ago I met someone and could not find one thing I did not like. But after two weeks I suddenly did not feel ready and started flirting with other women. It caused me so much pain that I had to end the relationship, because I did not want to cheat and it already felt like cheating. She was too important to me to play with feelings. At the same time, I could not understand why I was flirting with others when I had met the perfect person.
Many people are still waiting for their prince or dream partner, even while they are already in a relationship, simply because they are afraid of being alone. So ask yourself: are you ready to allow your life to become easy and brilliant? Or do you still prefer the known fear-comfort zone? Change your limit.
A poem to my love
Something new came into my life,
it already feels like you are my wife.
In such a short time, what happened to us?
We both do not know why, but we can live with this.
I do not want to know everything about you,
because the only thing that matters is you.
I do not need your past
to know whether I match you or can handle you.
Not stuck in concepts of how you should be,
no judgment, no attachment to everything you think.
We both feel connected by an unconditional love link.
My love for you is completely free.
No need to change; it is unconditional.
You mirror me with love for everything.
So we stand like twins, simply as pure being.
I gift myself to you in the present moment,
and I feel the same from you.
Total acceptance of your being.
Nothing to do but love you.
Thank you.
Victim, Persecutor, Rescuer: The game almost everyone plays
One of the biggest programs running through our society is the Victim-Persecutor-Rescuer game. Most people immediately recognize these roles in others, yet rarely notice how often they switch between them throughout the day.
The Persecutor gains power. The Victim gains attention. The Rescuer gains validation. And all three believe they are right. That is exactly why these roles are so difficult to leave behind.
Many years ago, I noticed something. People rarely hold on to their problem. They hold on to the person they have become because of that problem.
“I am the abandoned one.” “I am the fighter.” “I am the rescuer.” “I am the one nobody understands.”
When the problem disappears, the role often disappears as well. And that is exactly what many people are afraid of. Not the pain. Not the change. But the question: Who am I without my story?
Imagine you are walking down the street and notice something golden on the ground. You pick it up and for a moment think you have found gold. Then you take a closer look and realize it is just a candy wrapper.
A free person throws it away and keeps walking. A person trapped in a victim identity turns it into a story: “Things like this always happen to me.” “I never get lucky.” “My whole life is one disappointment after another.” A piece of trash becomes a drama. A moment becomes an identity.
What many people fail to see is this: the Victim and the Persecutor are often not opposites. If you experience yourself as a victim long enough, sooner or later you begin to justify becoming the Persecutor.
“I have had enough.” “I need to get this out.” “Now it is time they hear how I feel.” Suddenly, you are running over other people while feeling completely justified. Not because you are evil, but because you believe you have the right.
The Persecutor creates Victims. The Victim creates new Persecutors. And the game keeps spinning.
The greatest trap, however, is the Rescuer. Many people believe helping is automatically something good. I believed that for a long time as well, until one day I realized: helping is not the same as being helpful.
Helping often comes from wanting. I want to rescue. I want to change. I want things to get better. Yet very often it has more to do with us than with the other person. We do not want to see them suffer. We do not want to feel the tension. We want the situation resolved. We do not want to sit with uncertainty. But have we ever actually asked whether the other person wants that?
Many people do not want to let go of their problem because the problem has become part of their identity. And that is where the real work begins.
The Victim’s greatest fear is often not pain. The Victim’s greatest fear is positive change. Because if the problem disappears, the identity built around it may disappear too. That is why people often sabotage exactly what they claim they want. Not because they enjoy suffering, but because the familiar feels safer than the unknown. Better a familiar suffering than an unfamiliar freedom.
People rarely fight for their suffering. They fight for their identity. They do not defend the pain. They defend the person they have become because of the pain.
“I am the abandoned one.” “I am the fighter.” “I am the rescuer.” “I am the one nobody understands.” “I am the one who always has to do everything alone.”
When the problem disappears, the role often disappears as well. And that is exactly what many people fear. Not pain. Not change. But the question: Who am I without my story?
Something became clear to me many years later: most people do not live their lives. They are reliving their stories. They no longer see the person standing in front of them. They only see their wound, their drama, their expectations, their story.
That is why people can argue for hours and never actually meet each other. Everyone is defending a story. Nobody is experiencing the present moment.
In my Victim role, I cannot truly meet another person any more than I can in my Persecutor role. It is very difficult to consciously harm another human being while looking directly into their eyes. Distance has to be created first. The other person becomes the problem, the guilty one, the enemy, a character inside your story. Only then does it become easy to run them over.
One question has resolved more conflicts in my life than countless discussions: “What are we experiencing right now?” Not: “Who is right?” Not: “Who is wrong?” Not: “Why is this happening to me?” But: “What are we experiencing right now?”
That question brings us out of the story and back into the present. Out of reliving. Into experiencing. Out of “me.” Into “we.”
Maybe life is not about becoming a better Victim, Persecutor, or Rescuer. Maybe it is about recognizing when we are playing a role and having the courage to let it go.
Recognizing the roles in everyday life
Here is another example of how to recognize these roles. A man comes home exhausted. What he is really looking for is rest, love, and nourishment. Instead, his child immediately demands attention because the child feels empty and wants connection.
Overwhelmed, the father unconsciously becomes the Persecutor because he never learned to set healthy boundaries. He is exhausted because he never listened to his own limits and constantly overworked himself.
The child becomes the Victim. The mother steps in as the Rescuer and protects the child. Later, when things calm down and the father explains how exhausted he is, presenting himself as the “Victim of the Day,” the mother suddenly becomes the Persecutor and says: “Yes, you had a hard day ... but you did not even ask me how I am doing.”
And suddenly the game starts all over again. Who is the bigger victim? Who has suffered more? Who deserves more attention? Who is right? The roles are constantly changing.
That is why it makes little sense to define yourself as a Victim, Persecutor, or Rescuer. These roles are nothing more than masks. Today’s Victim becomes tomorrow’s Persecutor. Today’s Persecutor becomes tomorrow’s Rescuer. Today’s Rescuer becomes tomorrow’s Victim.
Another common example can be found in business
Someone tries to buy your goodwill so they can later get what they want from you. Fake compliments, small gifts, special attention. Not because they genuinely appreciate you, but because they want something from you.
The exact same thing happens in private life. Maybe your partner, parents, siblings, or friends constantly do things for you so they can collect on it later. And when the bill finally comes and you do not want to pay, suddenly you hear: “I do everything for you.” “For once I need something from you.” “I cannot rely on you.” “You are not a good friend.” “You are never there for me.”
What is happening here is emotional blackmail. The Persecutor has simply been wearing the mask of the Rescuer. And because you do not want to be seen as a bad person, you often do it anyway. Against your truth. Against your feelings. Just to keep the peace. Most people do not even realize they are being manipulated.
You can find this game everywhere. Not only between people, but also in our patterns of consumption. When I feel like a Victim, I might distract myself with chocolate, alcohol, cigarettes, television, social media, recognition, religion, organizations, or almost anything else. Anything except the actual pain. As long as I am distracted, I do not have to feel it.
And that is why the real questions are:
What do you truly want to be and do in this life? Who or what can actually stop you?
I hear what upsets you. I hear what hurts you. I hear what exhausts you. But what would you do if none of that existed?
Are you willing to spend five minutes a day feeling as if your problem no longer exists? Are you willing to feel as if what you desire is already here?
The moment you step out of the Rescuer role and no longer fit into the Victim system, Victims will often call you the Persecutor. Especially when you show them they do not have to remain victims. Suddenly, you are the bad guy. Suddenly, you are being attacked. Suddenly, you are labelled the Persecutor.
That is one of the reasons I lost interest in healing people many years ago. At some point I realized: many people did not actually want healing. They wanted to keep their story. So I stopped trying to save people. Instead, I started showing them how to do it themselves. Of course, that earned me a whole new group of hostile victims. But eventually I preferred that over endlessly playing the same game.
Something became clear to me many years later: most people do not live their lives; they are reliving their stories. Whenever I am reliving something internally, I am simply replaying my story. I stop seeing people. There is only my story. My drama. My wound. My expectations. My disappointments. My pain. The other person disappears.
In my Victim role, I cannot truly see another person. Just as I cannot in my Persecutor role. As long as I am trapped inside my story, I only see myself. Reliving excludes experiencing. Experiencing only happens now. Without a story. Without someone to blame. Without justification. Without a Victim. Without a Persecutor.
When I am completely trapped in my story, the other person becomes invisible. That is why people can argue for hours and never truly meet each other. Everyone speaks. Nobody listens. Everyone defends their story. Nobody experiences the present moment.
One of the most powerful questions I have ever discovered is this: “What are we experiencing right now?” Not: “Who is right?” Not: “Who is wrong?” Not: “Why is this happening to me?” But: “What are we experiencing right now?”
That single question changes everything. Suddenly, we leave the story. We leave the roles. Space appears. Reliving becomes experiencing. “I” becomes “We.”
Exercise
Observe yourself throughout the day: at home, at work, in your relationships. Where do you step into these roles? Which role do you avoid because you do not like it? For most people, it is the Persecutor. What if that very role would actually be the most helpful one in that situation? Where do you need a clear “No”? Where do you need stronger boundaries? Where do you need the courage to disappoint someone?
When I first became aware of all this, I tried to completely step out of these roles. Yet I noticed that the only people who could still trigger me were my own family.
One summer, my mother called me completely overwhelmed because my sister was creating drama again. She wanted me to fix it. The whole thing had absolutely nothing to do with me. And honestly ... I was sick of this kindergarten.
So I deliberately stepped into the Victim role, which instantly made me the Persecutor as well. To my surprise, it worked. I thought: “Oh my God, all this time I tried to fix things and it never fully worked. I only lost energy. Now I simply gave the responsibility back.”
My mother suddenly had to learn how to deal with the situation herself. She could no longer dump her worries, guilt, and problems onto me.
Looking back, I was amazed, because I had always been the Rescuer. And I never understood why I kept getting slapped around even though I was helping all the time. Then it clicked: I am the helper asshole.
And that is exactly why Victims and Persecutors kept showing up in my life: because I was constantly trying to harmonize them.
At that moment I realized something that changed my life: helping is the opposite of being helpful.
Helping often comes from wanting. I want to help. I want to rescue. I want to change. I want things to get better. But in reality, it often has more to do with us than with the other person. We do not want to see them suffer. We do not want to feel the tension. We want the situation to change. We want things to get better. But have we ever actually asked whether they want that?
Many people do not want to let go of their problem. Not because they are stupid. Not because they are weak. But because the problem has become part of their identity. Who am I without this problem?
10 transformation questions
- What problem have I been defending for years?
- Who would I be without this story?
- Where am I using my past to justify my current behavior?
- Where am I seeking attention instead of transformation?
- Where am I making other people responsible for my feelings?
- Where am I trying to save people who do not actually want to be saved?
- Who can I no longer truly look in the eyes?
- Where am I acting strong while I am actually afraid?
- What would disappear from my life if my biggest problem vanished tomorrow?
- What are we experiencing right now if I let go of my story for just one moment?
Invitation
These are just some of the topics we explore together in our seminars. If you are ready to let go of old identities, question your stories, and step out of the endless Victim-Persecutor-Rescuer cycle, you are warmly welcome.
Our methods are not about understanding. They are about experiencing, because understanding changes very little. Embodiment changes everything.
Maybe now is the moment to stop defending your story ... and start living your life.
Thank you to everyone for your awareness, your presence, and your contribution to a world with more love, freedom, and ease.
How to get much more money
After helping many people with money problems heal their scarcity patterns, I am sharing practical knowledge on how to attract more abundance with greater ease.
Money is energy, and energy needs to flow. Are you in resonance with the greater energy field of money, or do you feel that you have to earn money the hard way? There is abundance in the universe; everything exists in overflow. Your task is to bring yourself into resonance with this abundance.
Improve your energetic connection to inner and outer wealth, clarify your relationship with money, and transform the energetic contractions working in the subconscious. Money affects every area of life and is often emotionally charged. Each person decides what importance money has in their life. But what happens when someone fails, even though they are doing everything they can to provide a comfortable life for themselves and their family? Limiting beliefs are often blamed for this. Beyond that, however, there can be deeper causes that block a successful flow of money.
In my seminar, the following energetic blocks are specifically transformed:
- Emotional charges related to money and wealth.
- Programs, conditioning, and false beliefs about money and wealth.
- Individual scarcity thinking.
- Influences from the ancestral field.
- Resistance from this life and from previous lives.
- Promises, vows, oaths, and vows of poverty.
I synchronize your energy field with the larger field of money and wealth. Then we transform existing energetic influences step by step, so the vibration of money and wealth can be activated in your energy field. This creates a changed radiance, and you move more and more into resonance with money, assets, and prosperity.
10 common belief patterns that prevent you from becoming wealthy
- The belief that money is only needed for survival, security, or a reasonably good life: “I do not need more.” This pattern shows that you do not truly want wealth; you mainly want money so you do not lose. It is therefore less a wealth program and more a poverty program, because too much focus remains on lack.
- “I am trying to become rich, but if it does not work out, that is okay too.” This gives the subconscious two goals: becoming wealthy or staying in what is familiar. The subconscious often chooses the easier path.
- Frequently talking to other people about problems, worries, or failures. Successful people think in terms of solutions and speak about problems mainly with people who can truly help.
- “Rich people are arrogant and superior.” Wealthy people may sometimes seem arrogant because they do not want to spend their time circling around problems; they often focus on solutions and growth.
- “I do not have to change anything to be rich.” The truth is: if nothing had to change, you would already be there. Open yourself to great inner and outer change.
- The belief that you can become rich in employment when you are paid only for your time. Wealth is more likely to grow when you are paid for results, value, or systems.
- The belief that you cannot have everything: either financial success or love and fulfilling relationships. This is only a belief. You can have love and wealth at the same time if you allow it.
- “There is not enough money for everyone.” Look at the enormous sums moving through the financial markets. There is enough money.
- “Rich people exploit others.” Some wealthy people exploit others, and some poor people exploit others. Wealth and a clear conscience do not exclude each other.
- “Rich people were just lucky.” Luck is not only coincidence; it has causes, choices, and inner conditions.
1. Use positive and supportive affirmations
Positive affirmations about money and wealth direct your attention toward growth in this area. My favorite affirmations are:
- I allow money and prosperity to come into my life.
- Money feels really good to me.
- I receive money into my life with open arms.
- I enjoy great financial success.
- I magnetically attract money into my life.
- I am open to wealth and prosperity.
- I am worthy of living in wealth.
- I deserve to be rich.
Repeat these sentences several times a day with full attention and an open attitude. It is enough to think the affirmations, but speaking them out loud can also be powerful. You can place them where you see them often: on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator, screen, or workspace.
2. Release energetically loaded objects
Family systems store experiences from previous generations. Personal objects can also carry old memories, scarcity, or loss. Family jewelry, gemstones, clothing, old furniture, cutlery, dishes, paintings, portraits, and photographs may unconsciously pass on old imprints. Sometimes letting go of such keepsakes is an important step for your own development.
If you want to find out which objects may feel heavy to you, start by trusting your intuition. Kinesiological muscle testing and simple questions can also be supportive.
3. Energetic cleansing of the home based on Feng Shui principles
Feng Shui is the teaching of harmony. Its aim is to harmonize a person and their environment. When energy can flow freely in a home, this also affects the human energy system. As outside, so inside. Regular decluttering, order, and removing things that are no longer needed can support your own flow of money. In general Feng Shui terms, the southeast area of a room or home is associated with wealth. This can become a clean, clear, and orderly place for nourishing abundance.
4. Create a clear picture of your goal: visualization
A clear inner image is an important step toward reaching a goal. If prosperity, wealth, and abundance are your goals, use images that activate this feeling within you. A vision board can help: place images on a canvas or board that match your felt vision. How do you feel when you are rich, free, and happy? Put your vision board somewhere you will see it several times a day, and adjust it as your goals become clearer.
10 keys to creating your magical money flow
- Money follows joy, not the other way around. Choose happiness now. Do something that brings you joy, and money can show up more easily. Money is not the source; you are the source of your creation.
- Ask, and it is given. Live more from the question. Ask: How can it get even better? What else is possible? What would it take for this situation to change? What magic can I create today?
- Your point of view creates your reality. Which points of view about money have you bought from others? What if everything is simply an interesting point of view?
- Create a 10 percent account as a payment to yourself. Put aside 10 percent of everything you receive before paying bills, and do not spend it.
- Make a demand of yourself. If you truly choose abundance and wealth, ask yourself: What am I willing to do now to change my financial situation?
- No judgments. Judgments of ourselves and of things often block receiving. Create from the moment, be playful, be grateful, and create more of that.
- POD & POC. Destroy and uncreate everything with which you have pushed money away. Often we invite money and reject it at the same time through complaint, judgment, or limitation.
- Carry money with you. Carry as much money as wealthy people might carry, including different currencies. This creates the energy of “having money.”
- Acknowledge the magic you create. When you use these tools practically, new possibilities can appear. Acknowledge that it is your creation.
- The energy of your phenomenal life. Play with the energy of your phenomenal life at least once a day. The point is not to figure out what it will look like, but to be the space and energy of it.

Who am I? What am I doing in the LifeMastery seminars?
The journey from beginner to mastery
Because there have been many misunderstandings about who I am and what I actually do, and because many participants have asked me these questions over the years, I thought it would be a good idea to write a few words about it.
Thank you for taking the time to genuinely understand.
I believe this simple question alone can open something profound within you if you just sit in silence and honestly ask yourself: Who am I really?

During the last eighteen years of my spiritual journey, I realized how many identities I had created for myself. I was a martial artist, triathlete, artist, stuntman, model, dancer, teacher, healer, and many other things. Yet those were only things I did. They were never who I truly was.
I never liked limiting myself to one identity simply because I happened to be good at something. That is why I always wanted to understand everything. I became addicted to learning. Every year I watched more than 500 documentaries about free energy, healing, UFOs, Atlantis, Lemuria, and many other subjects. Before that, I watched even more. At the same time I explored more than 200 different sports, learned at least three new ones every year, and worked in more than twenty different professions.
During the following seven years I travelled through nearly fifty countries and was constantly moving. People often could not understand how I experienced so much in such a short time. They used to tell me: “You are living several lifetimes at once.”
Some of you already know parts of my story from previous interviews: how I went from extreme sports to extreme spirituality after suffering a slipped disc. If you want to know more about that journey, you can watch one of those interviews. Here is a playlist.
After years of searching and experimenting with countless healing methods to make life easier, I eventually discovered my deepest unconscious programs through mentoring seminars. They helped me heal on a level nothing else had before.
One thing became very clear to me. Books and spiritual knowledge often grow only one thing: the spiritual ego. The same can happen with spiritual experiences. That is one of the reasons I rarely talk about them, and only with people who are truly ready and who will not suddenly start treating me like some kind of guru.
I never wanted to become a guru or a spiritual teacher.
I met too many ungrounded spiritual teachers who spoke beautifully about universal laws, were excellent at selling, but still had not understood the complexity of life itself. I simply wanted to share my own experience. The things that genuinely helped me. Because I realized how simple life could actually become.
Back then I still wanted to heal and change the world. That is why I started travelling around the world, offering donation-based workshops in dance and healing.
I told myself: “I am not here to live like a slave. I will either find a place without governments and religion, or I will create one myself and remind people what it truly means to be human. Because today most of us are still nothing more than programmed sheep.”
From past or multidimensional lives I remember a much higher perspective. During my journey I discovered more and more about it. Yet I never wanted to become trapped inside another belief system simply because people told me I had been with Buddha or Jesus, or because they claimed they could see certain things in my aura.
How can you truly understand the mind while you are still trapped inside it?
Eventually you have to let everything go. You have to move beyond everything.
Are you really sure you want to change?
Your monkey mind immediately says: “Yes.” But ask yourself honestly: To what percentage?
The answer becomes much clearer. Because most of the time you are not honest with yourself. You lie to yourself so you can continue feeling safe inside your comfort zone.
I am not asking your conscious mind. I am asking your subconscious.
And your subconscious is a lazy bastard. It loves repetition. It loves safety. Even when that safety is painful.
The moment you truly see and feel this, your awareness of your unconscious programs expands dramatically. That alone can create enormous change and often surprisingly fast healing.
Which brings us back to the question: Who am I?
After different stages of awakening I repeatedly entered periods of complete emptiness. You simply no longer know who you are. You no longer know what to do. You do not even know what you are supposed to be. It almost feels like depression. Like a deep crisis for the ego. Because suddenly there is no plan anymore.
This state is incredibly difficult to describe because it exists beyond concepts. It can only really be understood through direct experience.
When I first reached the state of consciousness that Ramaji describes in his book as LOC 1000, I was genuinely surprised. Many of the experiences he describes between the levels of 700 and 1000 had already happened to me, even though my first measurement in August 2017 placed me at a level of consciousness of 582. Yet his descriptions matched my inner experience with astonishing precision.
So I continued the journey. Around level 712 there was still the desire to teach, to gain more knowledge, to develop superhuman abilities, and to keep evolving. Later, nothing remained. There was nothing left I could identify with. Nothing left to love. I did not even know what I was supposed to do anymore. Everything seemed meaningless, until I gave life meaning again.
Even after reaching a level beyond 800, this emptiness remained for more than four months. I did not even know whether I would continue teaching seminars. When I asked my soul, I always received the same answer: “I want to heal and fly.”
At the same time I was afraid. What would happen if I truly allowed myself to fly? Would a new Alexander emerge? Would I still live an ordinary life? The entire Matrix game was over. I will not go deeper into that here because it deserves its own article about awakening. But I can tell you this: yes, it is frightening. And yes, at a certain point you become deeply afraid. But you do not need to know how to overcome that fear. In fact, you do not need to know anything.
Let us see how many of you truly understand the LOC 1000 Map of Consciousness.
Over time I became more and more like a hologram, like a reflecting diamond. I know when I am reflecting something to co-create another person’s reality and what is truly mine.
That is why, throughout my LifeMastery seminars, I am simply a mirror. I reflect your deepest fears and your deepest judgments so they can finally be transformed. I take as much time as necessary to guide every single person through that process. I do not care whether we sit until midnight or three o’clock in the morning. I always ask the energy of the room what is possible in that moment, so that change can happen more easily and more quickly.
It is difficult to describe what I actually do in my seminars by doing nothing. Yet it is precisely from that space that incredibly fast transformations can happen.
Because of this, my work and my behaviour are often misunderstood by participants and even by hosts. They are still so caught in duality that they cannot understand why I do what I do or who I am in that particular moment.
After one seminar the host came to me the next morning and said: “To be honest, yesterday I really wanted to throw you out of my house.”
The reason? I had called her dog a “fucker.” She asked me, “How can you be so loving and so mean at the same time? My husband and I felt so much love, but then we also felt shadows and heavy energy.”
I smiled and explained to her: Many years ago I was simply love. But almost nobody was ready to receive it. Most people wanted love, but they were not willing to allow it. I still see this all the time, especially in spiritual circles.
When you experience oneness, there is no longer right or wrong. No good or bad. Everything simply is what it is.
During my seminars I am simply presence. Expansion. Space. I feel and perceive the themes of everyone in the room. Then I express them. I burp them out, scream them out, or even fart them out because I have no judgment about any of it. I continue until you finally let go of your limiting beliefs and the stories you have been holding onto.
She asked me, “So what do you actually see in my dog?” I answered, “I simply see love.” Then she asked, “So why did you call him a fucker?” I replied, “For you. Because it triggered you. Because animals are still more important to you than people. Because you are still afraid of being hurt by people. The dog feels me. That is why he is always around me. You are still in the mind. That is why you judge me. You still cannot truly see.”
Every human being looks through their own filters. Through their own judgments.
I had never used the word “fuck” so many times in any seminar before. But because both the host and the group were full of judgments, I deliberately brought everything to the surface so they could let go of their ideas about what spirituality should look like. Only then can the real journey begin.
At the beginning of every seminar I used to say: “Take your masks off voluntarily, or I will rip them off.” The arrogant ego still believes it is more intelligent or more evolved.
As long as you work with me, I will show you your deepest blind spots. I am not here so that you will love me. Honestly, I do not care what you think about me. You will love me when you understand. But I am not here for myself. I am here so that you understand yourself. So that one day you no longer need anyone or anything. And you can simply enjoy everything without needing to possess or hold onto it.
When you reach that place, I will take you to the next level. Because I do not want you to burn yourself before you know how to carry the flame.
One woman said to me after talking for only five minutes, “You are like Ayahuasca.” I laughed and replied, “I did not know I make people throw up.” She smiled and said, “No. You are like a torch. You burn through the darkest places.” I laughed. “Thank you.”
If you cannot tolerate a light that burns away everything that is not true, then you should probably keep your distance from me. I am change.
Never allow anyone to dim your light. Shine brighter than the sun.
As long as you are living inside concepts, you are still far away from reality and from the infinite possibilities life offers.
Questions I was asked
Are you always in this state of consciousness?
Yes and no. The moment you ask me a question, I connect and answer from a state of higher awareness. The state of peace and love is always here. But no, not when I am playing beach volleyball, table tennis, or dancing. Then I am simply in another field. People experience me as completely normal. Well, I have probably never been completely normal. But you know what I mean.
Just because I have access to these states does not mean I have to be serious or strict all the time like some traditional martial artists. Enjoy whatever the hell you are doing.
Do you have a big dream?
Most of the goals I truly wanted to achieve, I have already achieved. In sports and in many other areas of my life. Yes, years ago I wanted to change the world. That is why I started travelling and teaching. Step by step I had the privilege of touching many lives.
What is your biggest dream today?
Honestly, I do not really have dreams or desires anymore. When everything is already perfect, there is nothing that needs to be changed. You simply observe. You allow life to unfold. And when an impulse arises, you act.
It would be nice to create a sacred place for LifeMastery.
What drives you?
Probably love. Or maybe it is simply life itself expressing through me in a fractal, spiral movement.
You invited many people to your seminar in Vienna. Does that not mean you still want more people to get on board? Do you still have a desire for other people’s evolution?
Years ago, yes. Of course I wanted everyone to remember who they really are. To create great things. More love. More joy. More ease. Today I would not call it a desire anymore. I am happy when people are ready to walk this path into a loving and joyful life. And if they are not, I am equally happy. My inner peace no longer depends on the choices other people make.
Do you still have desires? Why do you do what you do? And why do you still reach a relatively small group of people compared to other spiritual teachers? Was that a conscious choice?
Yes, sometimes I feel the desire to have a drink. (laughs) Apart from that, I believe life chooses through me, or things simply happen through me. There are many reasons for this. I already mentioned one of them: I never wanted to become one of those ungrounded spiritual teachers.
Another reason is that what I do is not necessarily the comfortable path. It is not for everyone, because most people simply want things to be easy and pleasant. For me, however, it has been the most effective approach so far.
Many people enjoy spirituality. They listen to a spiritual teacher or do a guided meditation and believe they have done something. My seminars are different. They are designed to create real and rapid transformation. They are about LifeMastery. Not about talking for hours about knowledge without developing real experience or wisdom. Although I often have to talk a lot in the beginning to prepare the mind so it becomes ready to receive the transformation.
Many well-known spiritual teachers have large networks or companies behind them that spread their message. There is also something called positioning. People with influence decide who becomes well known. I was never particularly interested in becoming famous or making a lot of money. My real interest has always been higher consciousness and genuine healing. For a long time I even had resistance towards becoming more well known.
There simply was no desire for it. I had already experienced recognition in sports. My life was already full enough. Maybe that will change one day. But I much prefer working with fifteen to thirty people than standing in front of a hundred. That gives me time to truly listen and to hear every story. To witness every transformation, because my focus has always been the individual human being.
That, for me, is the quality of a seminar. With one hundred people you automatically become a lecturer. You repeat the same content over and over again. In my seminars I feel every single person. Everyone is at a different stage of their journey. That allows me to support each person exactly where they are.
I am genuinely proud of everyone who is truly ready to come to a seminar and evolve. But even here the same thing applies: there is no desire anymore. When there is inner peace, nothing is missing.
Which practices have influenced you the most? Which one transformed you the most? And how can someone who has forgotten all this wisdom find their way back into the flow, into ease, into the Dao? Is there a question you would love someone to ask you?
I do not want to limit any practice. Different paths have given me different understandings. Every practice was the right one at the time. Today, what still creates profound transformation for me is Quantum Healing, darkness, silence, playfulness, and Wu Wei.
There have been so many deep transformations. But how can you really know whether they happened because of one specific technique? Maybe they did. Maybe they did not. That is why I rarely say, “This technique is good and that one is bad.” Every person has their own path.
After many years of walking the hard way, I consciously chose the soft way. And that is the path I recommend today. Be gentle with yourself. Enjoy life. Listen to your inner voice. The more open you remain, the easier life becomes.
There is no more wanting. I happily share my experiences with people who are ready to listen. If they are not, I simply enjoy the silence.
Two years ago someone asked me an interesting question. I only noticed it recently because somebody liked the post: “Where do you get your strength from? How can you give so much? And why do you do it?”
Hmm ... even when sometimes nothing comes back, not even a simple thank you. Because many people are still living in deep lack. I believe that the more consistently you live your ideals, the more people will eventually follow your path when they are ready.
I want to leave every place I have been a little cleaner. A little more loving. A little more conscious. Of course, there were times when I also felt lonely. Times when I constantly inspired others while feeling stuck myself. When there was nobody around to help me move through it.
I am not always perfectly centred either, especially when I create too much stress, travel too much, or push myself too hard. But those moments of weakness, those moments of pain, those moments of not knowing have often given me the greatest opportunities to grow. That is why I no longer need to be strong all the time.
It is beautiful to have people in your life who see things differently and help you move forward. But true LifeMastery means seeing what lies behind all of it and trusting yourself throughout the process. That is why I am grateful to everyone who reveals my blind spots.
I believe the more we support each other, the easier life becomes for everyone. Whenever I feel stuck, I do not immediately search for answers. I stay with the question. Who does this feeling belong to? Who does this situation belong to? What can I do with it? How can I change it?
And if I realise it has nothing to do with me, but I simply perceive it because I am connected with everything, I lovingly return it to the field from which it came.
So my advice for the beginning is simple. Smile. Smile. Smile. Stand in front of the mirror for five minutes every day and simply say, “I love myself.” Watch what begins to change in your life.
The first seven years of our lives program us. If you truly want to become yourself, begin by healing the wounds of your childhood. Almost everything we do is an attempt to receive love from our parents. Everything else is simply a substitute for love.
Maybe it is time to become a child again. Laugh more. Think less. Allow yourself to be happy. Even when the people around you are afraid or unhappy. You are not here to make other people happy. You are here to create your own joyful life.
You cannot make someone happy who is not willing to receive happiness. So stop trying. Simply be happy. Your frequency will do the rest.
Ah ... I almost forgot one more thing. The greatest strength I receive comes from watching people succeed after applying what I shared with them. It feels a little like watching your own children grow.
The more we share our stories and support those who once supported us, the greater the change we can create together.
It is funny to read this again today. These days I do not really practise any special rituals or techniques anymore. I have arrived at a place where there is nothing left to do, because complete acceptance is already here.
I do not know how much longer I will continue offering these kinds of seminars. But I am deeply grateful for every single person, every story you have shared with me, and the trust you have placed in me.
You are the rEVOLution of consciousness. I love you all.
When I read this text again today, more than six years later, I have to smile. It reminds me how many words I had back then. Today I probably would not have an answer to many of these questions anymore. Not because I know less, but because so much has become quiet. In the past I wanted to understand, explain, and help people. Today I simply feel that I am here.
It is no longer about changing someone or taking them somewhere. I see people less and less as someone who needs to be fixed, and more as someone who is simply remembering what they already are.
That is why my seminars are no longer method-based seminars. They are spaces for direct experience. I used to think that methods change people. Today I know that the state from which we act changes everything. The less I interfere, the more intelligent life itself seems to move. For me, Wu Wei is not passivity. It is trusting life enough to stop standing in its way.
At the same time, it became increasingly clear to me that insight alone is not enough. The nervous system has to learn how to hold truth. Only when body, mind, and being come back into harmony does transformation become stable instead of temporary.
Maybe that is why my role has changed as well. Today I see myself less as a teacher and more as a researcher. I am no longer interested in finding the best method. I am interested in discovering the conditions under which people naturally move into clarity, connection, creativity, and healing. I no longer need to change the world. And somehow, because of that, more seems to change than ever before.
Perhaps this is my answer today to the question of who I am: I am simply here, and I serve life.
